Commenting on why Mexico is such a key market for the duo, Hachey said, Mexico is part of the North America market and we are interested in exploring the new opportunities there.”

When considering supplements, quality, and claims, Hachey explained that Mexican consumers tend to focus on clinically-based science and feel confident that the products “do what they claim to do for their health and wellness.”

Quality omega-3 concentrates

Providing insights on what amounts to high-quality concentrates for omega-3 solutions, the company noted that its oils are more concentrated, allowing for smaller capsule size to meet compliance demands from customers focused on the dosage, sensory and bioavailability of the supplement.

Hachey said GC Rieber’s focus is to provide specific omega-3 oils for specific health indications based on medical clinical trials. “These new omega-3 oils are all based on clinical trial results via different health indications,” he said, adding that he “hopes to increase awareness of GC’s high quality and potent omega-3 oils as well as the clinical evidence backing our claims”.

New production facility

After recently opening a new production unit in Norway, Hachey explained that its addition has “allowed the company to expand its current offerings with a new high concentrated omega-3.”

By leveraging modern production technology and equipment at its new facility, GC Rieber Oils noted it is able to produce some of the most potent, stable and pure omega-3 concentrates in the nutraceutical and supplements markets.
